Headquartered in Wilkes-Barre, the Martz Group started in 1908 with one bus
under the name of White Transit Company. in 1922, Frank Martz Coach
Company was formed for intercity operations and grew to become one of the
first carriers of the National Trailways Bus System. In 1964, Frank
Martz Henry took control of the company and under his leadership, it has
grown to include eight major motorcoach companies spanning the East Coast
form New York City to Florida. The Martz organization employs over 600
people, operates over 400 motorcoaches, and is nationally known and
respected within the industry.
